3. SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: Grand and First Prize Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about September 5, 2008 by Creative Marketing Communications, Inc. (“CMC”), an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential Grand Prize winner may be notified by E-mail, overnight mail and/or via telephone on or about September 8, 2008, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another potential winner. If potential winner cannot be located or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the first attempted delivery notification, prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules with respect to all Sweepstakes related matters. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winners' name, voice, likeness and/or videotape/photograph and any information provided on his/her entry form for publicity purposes in any communication medium, including, but not limited to, television, Internet, radio, and print without additional compensation, review or approval, except where prohibited.
